All orders are made-to-order and will be delivered within 3 – 4 weeks. Kindly allow us extra time to prepare your garments with care.

Order & Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, no changes can be made to the garments.
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered phone number.
While courier companies are responsible for delivery delays, we will assist you in tracking your package until it reaches you.

Custom orders and multi-product orders may take longer to ship.
Delivery charges for international shipments will be displayed at checkout (before and after order confirmation).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to your original method of payment.
At Urban Kari, we want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that a product you ordered is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or differs from what you expected, you may request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with tags intact.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Products customised (e.g., custom sizing, custom designs) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products purchased on SALE or with a discount/coupon code are not eligible for return or exchange.
If a product has already been exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged again.
