SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- All orders will deliver within 3 - 4 weeks as our products are made on order basis, so kindly spare us some extra time to get them ready for you.
- Orders placed in Singapore are catered by safe and reliable courier companies such as Qxpress or Ninja van. Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies such as DTDC and Professional Couriers. For international orders, the shipment is via Aramex and DHL.
- We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. After dispatch, for within Singapore / India, the shipping takes 2 - 3 working days, for international orders, the shipping time depends on the country, between 5 - 12 days.
- Once order is confirmed we will not be able to make any changes in the garments.
- Once order is dispatched, the tracking number will be sent to the registered phone number to track your shipment.
- The courier companies hold responsibility for any delays from their end but we will help in tracking down your package till it reaches your home
- Please note that custom orders and orders with multiple products may take longer to ship
- For international shipments, delivery charges will be shown at checkout, before and after confirmation of your order.
- We do not have COD (Cash on Delivery) option available with us at the moment.
