EXCHANGE POLICY

  • In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition - is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected - you may return or exchange the product for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style.
  • For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.
  • Urban Kari reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you via Store credits ONLY.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned product and a store credit will be processed in the form of a coupon code which can be used for future purchases.
  • Products that have been customised as per clients requirements such a custom sizing or custom design will not be eligible for an exchange. Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange.
  • If a product is exchanged once, it is not eligible for exchange again. All products under SALE or purchased using a coupon/discount code are not valid for any exchange or return.
