Please refer to the size chart below and select the desired size from the drop-down. When in doubt, always go for the bigger size.

XS:  Bust = 32″ ; Waist = 26″ ; Hips = 34”

S:  Bust = 34″ ; Waist = 28″ ; Hips = 36″

M: Bust = 36″ ; Waist = 30″ ; Hips = 38”

L:  Bust = 38″ ; Waist = 32″ ; Hips = 40″

XL:  Bust = 40″ ; Waist = 34″ ; Hips = 42″

2XL:  Bust = 42” ; Waist = 36” ; Hips = 44”

3XL:  Bust = 44” ; Waist = 38” ; Hips = 46”

All our products are handcrafted and may have slight variations from the product display picture. The colour of the profit may differ from the image due to camera, lights and screen settings of each device. Any weaving irregularities or shade variations are characteristics of the fabric and in no way are to be considered defects

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• All orders will deliver within 3 - 4 weeks as our products are made on order basis, so kindly spare us some extra time to get them ready for you.

• Orders placed in Singapore are catered by safe and reliable courier companies such as Qxpress or Ninja van. Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies such as DTDC and Professional Couriers. For international orders, the shipment is via Aramex and DHL.

• We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. After dispatch, for within Singapore / India, the shipping takes 2 - 3 working days, for international orders, the shipping time depends on the country, between 5 - 12 days.

• Once order is confirmed we will not be able to make any changes in the garments.

• Once order is dispatched, the tracking number will be sent to the registered phone number to track your shipment.

• The courier companies hold responsibility for any delays from their end but we will help in tracking down your package till it reaches your home

• Please note that custom orders and orders with multiple products may take longer to ship

• For international shipments, delivery charges will be shown at checkout, before and after confirmation of your order. 

• We do not have COD (Cash on Delivery) option available with us at the moment.

• In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition - is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected - you may return or exchange the product for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style.

• For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.

• Urban Kari reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used.

• If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you via Store credits ONLY.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned product and a store credit will be processed in the form of a coupon code which can be used for future purchases.

• Products that have been customised as per clients requirements such a custom sizing or custom design will not be eligible for an exchange. Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange.

• If a product is exchanged once, it is not eligible for exchange again. All products under SALE or purchased using a coupon/discount code are not valid for any exchange or return.
